I was almost going to give a good review, but then the showers was good, fluctuating hot and cold water was just unacceptable. I felt uncomfortable with the staff's rudeness, especially when one maid rudely barged in. A complimentary surprise or room upgrade would have been nice, but i guess that's too much to ask here, huh?

Well-maintained swimming pool area, access to sister hotel's amenities including the water park, ample sunbed availability
The showers need serious upgrades. Fluctuating hot and cold water is frustrating!!! The limited storage in rooms is a huge inconvenience for travelers. Dining area can be very cramped during peak hours!!!

The one-bedroom apartment was spotlessly clean and spacious, accommodating my family of four perfectly. We had access to a fantastic pool area with ample sunbeds available throughout our stay. Breakfast offered a nice variety of options, cooked well and kept fresh.
The entertainment options could use some improvement.

The culinary delights at Papantonia were a real treat! Breakfast was a highlight-fresh and varied, setting you up perfectly for a day of sunshine. Shoutout to Mikhalis, who was an absolute gem. Add in the immaculate pool area, which offers plenty of sunbeds, and you've got a recipe for a fab stay!
Everything might sound peachy, but the dining area felt a tad cramped during peak hours. I reckon some might find it a bit of a bummer, but honestly, the warm staff and tasty food kept us smiling through it all! Pizza at the local Tipsy Turtle can help ease any dining rush too.

Had a great time during new year, really enjoyed the variety of food and drinks included, and the all-inclusive option was a great value. The location was perfect for exploring the local area and being close to the beach. loved the spacious rooms and comfortable beds.
Some of the staff members were not as friendly or helpful as I had hoped, and there were some inconsistencies with room cleaning and towel changes. The entertainment could have been better but we made the most of exploring the local area.

This hotel is situated in a quiet area of Pernera, away from the hustle and bustle, but still within easy reach of the beach and plenty of restaurants for entertainment. The rooms are basic but clean, with a kitchenette in the main bedroom and a balcony offering a lovely pool/sea view. The staff are friendly and helpful, and the breakfast is satisfying and varied. Plus, the hotel offers great value for money, with rooms cleaned everyday and fresh towels provided.
All was fine, no improvements needed.
